​​​Joe Davis has served as CEO of Custom Engineering since 1999, leading the firm's growth, operations, and strategic direction for more than 25 years. Under his leadership, the company has earned consistent recognition as one of Kansas City's top small businesses, reflecting a longstanding commitment to technical excellence, client service, and sustainable growth.

Joe oversees all aspects of the firm's operations, including project delivery, quality assurance, business development, and client relations. His hands-on leadership style ensures projects are delivered with a focus on quality, responsiveness, and value.

Before joining Custom Engineering, Joe spent more than 13 years with 3M in engineering and sales roles, building a strong foundation in technical expertise and customer-focused solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and is a certified LEED AP.
